Short message today. Took the day off of work and had a slight melt down. I ended up sleeping for most of the day so I totally blew the mini meals schedule. I will still be measuring this Sunday but I have a feeling that my numbers will be somewhat skewed since I'm sick but I intend to go to work tomorrow and I WILL follow the food plan! Glad everyone is still here and that you're all doing your best to stay true to your missions! Ivana - out (like a light! )

Just a quick note for Day FOUR...
Can you believe it...we've been doing this for four days! Last week this time, most of us were pacing back and forth waiting for the delivery guy. So those of you still waiting, we feel your anxiety as you wait. You will LOVE your kit. It's full of great stuff and putting the notebook is simple if you follow the video.
I'm doing okay with the food. I'm think the trick is getting up early enough to start eating. Geesh, we eat ALL DAY LONG! I think my difficulties will start when we hit the weekend. So I'm going to try to investigate all of these interesting recipes and ideas I keep seeing online. I need to add exercise into the mix so that will start on Saturday too.
Anyway, just wanted to check in...for all of you under the weather, hang in there! Please don't beat yourself up because you aren't 'on plan'... I bought my program through HSN when Michael was on last - and even he said, you need different things (food) when you're sick. The program is for when you're healthy and trying to change your lifestyle but when you're sick you need to tend to those needs first. Remember, we're in it for the long haul - one day at a time - and we're going to get there TOGETHER!
Talk to you later... Raven

well girls I`m afraid my mission today had a mild exsplosion, too much evil at work for one agent, but all will be better tommorow. skinny, way to go below 200, I can`t wait. sky sheetz, keep going i know you`ll see results,in the beginning I would get off the scale 2-3times because I could`nt believe how much,I was losing its so exciting in the begining. tinkerbell thanks for the gum idea, I normally don`t chew but I see how it could help, something so simple who would have thought. sky, thanks for all the support this group is really great its nice to see the motivation. i feed off of it.also the pizza on provida site is great. tamara goss I hope you feel better soon, I have`nt been that sick in a long time.and its true what Ivana said take care of yourself when sick and resume plan when feeling better. sasha as long as you keep trying, thats success right there. each day gets easier. and then you have good and bad days, just hope the good ones are more often. ivana, that was so true and nice of you to remind all of our sick agents what micheal said, about this program being for heathly times. keep up the good work everyone.. dutchess candy.

Happy Halloween Secret Agents! Now we are ALL really on a mission today. We all have to agree to stay away from the enemy today as there will be lots of enemies today handing us candy and tempting us with it, as we hand it out to all those little critters at our doors. We can do this girls! Well, my daycare halloween party was a complete success. The kids (all 19 of them) had a great time. The best part was.....I didn't cheat on my plan one bit!!! I nibbled on my afternoon snack of chicken and sliced cucumbers while the kids were eating their goodies and when my food was gone, I chewed gum! It worked! When I got on the scale this morning, I was disappointed to see no more pounds gone, but I know you can't lose weight every day or you'd waste away. I did notice a change in my body the way it looked so I am going to check my measurements today to see how that area is doing. My husband and I are going away this weekend. We are camping so I will only bring food that is on the plan. My dear husband is on the plan with me and we are both the same body type so that makes it easy. The fun part will be when we get home and jump on the scale to see how much we lost over the weekend. Well, good luck to all you fellow agents. Have a great Halloween. Have a wonderful weekend and I will be back late Sunday sometime. All of you that are under the weather, please rest this weekend and get better, ok? I am so proud of this entire group! We are dong it!!!!
Skinny Camper, over and out.

Happy Halloween Ladies ….I mean Lovely and Talented Agents!! ;D You are all doing soo AWESOME! I am so proud of all of you! For those of you “under the weather” I really hope that you start feeling better soon! You are however doing great. Do what you can. And then you’ll be set when you feel good! Thanks for the heads up on the pizza recipe, I’ll look into that this weekend! I will also try to be stronger in the face of evil! Skinny, Dutchess, Raven, Ivana, Tamara, Sky Scheetz, Shira, Sasha, jan, Ruby Scheetz, and anyone else that I’ve missed (sorry about that) I just want to thank you for all the support and great ideas. It really helps to have people to talk to who understand! You are appreciated! I’m working on being less long winded so this is an attempt at a short message for the day. I hope I’m still part of the group even if most of my posting is here and not on the Provida site, I do read those posts too. But I don’t have enough time to post on both. Anyway, today’s mission is to do my best in avoiding the evil that is named “Pot Luck Halloween Party”! Wish me luck! Plus I’m getting a flu shot later today because they say this version of the flu is the worst they’ve seen in years and it can knock you out for 2 weeks! I can’t afford (literally) to be out for 2 weeks! But I’m a little nervous that I will still feel yucky for a couple days! Good Luck today Girls! And this weekend if I don’t have a chance to post! I’ll miss the support but I’ll keep you all in my thoughts! YOU’RE THE BEST AND YOU CAN DO THIS…WHY? YOU ASK... BECAUSE WE ARE WITH YOU! Over and out - Sky

Happy Halloween!!!
Well yesterday was a success babysitting. I defeated all the demons that were creeping around me! I actually felt a little stuffed yesterday throughout the day. And I also read somewhere in the book that it is okay to add a little more protein to your meals as long as you up the carb a little too. So, for dinner I have 3oz instead of 2 and helps a lot. All of the other meals I stick to the 2oz.
Sky-thanks for the encouragement as I went on my babysitting mission!
I hope everyone who is feeling ill gets better soon. I had a slight fever yesterday...99.5, no biggie. I felt fine, just a hot head!!!!! Get your rest.
I know that we can all defeat the evil demons of Halloween! I think I will be fine. My daughter is 2 1/2 and I am basically visiting just family and a few friends...so hoping not to get too much candy!!!!
I made the turkey meatloaf and I must say it is pretty good. I followed the recipe cards but omitted the celerey. Now, beef would be a little tastier in my opinion, but this is just great. I made up a little sauce of very low sodium tomato sauce, italian seasoning and garlic powder....i just drizzle a little over the meatloaf and it really makes a difference!!! I will be eating pretty much turkey meatloaf, egg whites(probably hard-boiled), and tuna as my proteins this week. Good luck today girls!!!!

I also wanted to share with everyone that I had my sister take my before pictures yesterday...UGH. You know you see yourself every day and you just kind of get used to your body and how it looks. I even stand in my mirror with just bra and panties on and it still isn't the same as seeing a picture. It is like maybe you are seeing yourself how someone else might see you. Seeing those pics has me sooo motivated. I cannot be this big anymore...what an eye opener!!! Take care ladies!

I am so off the wagon! Eating everything in site. My life has to settle down for a while before I can start back up though.... For those of you who want to" just skip this entry- It is just depressing. My husband and I both work for my mom in a very small company- caring for the elderly. Today, she FIRED us both, so we are (to say the least) a bit stressed and very emotional. I am out of control with eating, and just want comfort food. I am so proud of you BOND girls for your outstanding progress! What RAPID results! Wow!!! I will join you when I can afford to buy groceries and when my desperation subsides a little bit. I know if I try to stay on the plan, I will be setting myself up for failure, and I will never come back to BOND Headquarters. Sooooooo... I will salute all of you and hope to see you at the next rendevoux checkpoint. I will be there. You can count on me. Until then, Ruby Scheetz signing out

Happy Halloween Agents!
Yesterday, I did not stick to my plan 100%. I cheated yesterday afteroon, when I went to my daughter's festival. I ate a hotdog w/half of the bun, some chips and a chococate cupcake. I was doing great until that evening. So that following morning, I did my egg whites and my fruit and water. Missed my mid-day snack. For lunch I ate a wendy's grilled chicken sandwich and side salad without any dressing. Those french fries were tempting.
To those of you who are feeling under the weather. I hope you get better soon.
Ruby Scheetz: I'm sorry to hear about what has happen. My prayers are with you that you find something soon. Never give up hope!
For those of you who have lost weight this week my hat is off to you. Congratulations! My scale says that I've lost 2 lbs.,but I know it just a start. Hopefully, the rest will start to melt off if I stick to the plan.
Good Night Fellow Agents until our next mission.....

Tamara here..Happy Halloween Ladies. Ruby - Just to let you know, when one door closes another opens. I am sure a better path is opening up before you, just don't get discouraged and know if you found that spot, you know there are others in search of people like yourself. Look and don't be afraid to even POST at the stores your qualifications for them to contact you Sometimes good news comes from the most interesting avenues. Ivana, sorry to hear you're sick too. I am proud of myself even though my eating is WAY off, that I continued liquids and when my mother in law bought McDonalds, because I am too sick to cook, that I asked for a cheese burger and a parfait without the granola, no fries. Believe me, I was in pain eating even that with my sore throat. I am also proud that I attempted to walk with the boys Halloween night [weather was around 71 and nice] and made it 1 block before I had to stop, then my husband took over with my mother in law. Unfortunately because of the activity by late evening I got ill from too much coughing and ended up in the bathroom I was supposed to mall walk tomorrow and get weighed in, but am postponing until Sunday. Hoping I feel better by then. Over all though, being sick has its good and bad points. Hopefully the good points is my cholestrol lowering and my weight coming down even a point or two. Sunday hopefully will bring good news. Everyone keep up the great work, and those who have fought with the enemy, know that Rome wasn't built in a day. Tomorrow is a brand new day! Welcome new Bond Girls that have just joined in. *smiles* Glad you could be a part of us! Tamara signing out for now. *hugs* PS: Sasha, I LOVE your long messages, don't change a thing!

Posted under "From Bond With Love". Did my weigh in today at Weight Watchers. Lost 3 lbs!
Have my water by my hand, and though I didn't get to the mall to walk today, I did get in a block last night before my health got the better of me.
How is everyone else doing?
Tamara signing off for now.
