Well Agents, I am so glad you've been watching and making stratagies against the enemy out there. As you've seen, they are sneaky and cunning. For how Sunday went for me. I think I mentioned I got a walk at the mall in at 9:30-10:30 then headed home. Making the mistake [which I will never do again], I let the subliminial message from the implant that the enemy placed in my thoughts coax me to have a diet coke. I thought. I was hot, I did alot of walking, I wasn't ordering any carbs, and this was a small treat. But in my condition, it was to backfire me later and remind me how I felt when I first left the hospital after being in there 5 days in January. What I learnt from that experience is. Next time I shall order ICE water and carry with me some crystal light flavoring in my purse to sweeten it up if I need to. I have found I've been able to handle that and it will be a safe reward that I can handle and not later be ill from. Also, As I spoke with Agent Lousie. I told her that I would start going to my Weight Watcher Meetings on Saturday at 8am and get weighed in. After the meeting I would head out and meet her at the mall, say around 9am time, maybe a little mins late. That gives her time to sleep in, and not feel rushed. As the mall opens on Sunday at 9:30am, we would continue to meet at that time as well. I am happy with this course of action so that neither of us feel pressured, and I get my cardio in the morning and time out of the house that I so need. Now..what to do about the week days..As I still have bronchitis and am on meds, I'll be still taking it slow [but thankfully live in a quad level house..meaning stairs]. But to recap Sunday Night when I went to the Sleep Center. I found that I could not wear the sleeping oxygen devices that are only for nasal. Unfortunately, I sleep sometimes with my mouth open, and trying the nasal only, I felt like someone stole my breath away making me totally paranoid. Then they finally fitted me with a full face oxygen sleeping device. I am sure I would have done better had I not been sick, but, I did find that I woke up this morning after wearing one with my throat less achey, and a bit more rested, not much, but better then the last 3 days of sleepnesses I've been having. They said they had to put the pressure to 14 or was it 15? Mind you, I am not a very early morning person and they were trying to tell me all this at 6am. *chuckles* So now, I await my doctor contacting me about it. I'll let you know how that goes. Tamara signing off for now

Hi Agents!
Skinny Camper here again. I posted this morning but it must have gotten lost because I don't see it, so here goes again.
Week One is over! I can't believe we have made it this far and have all been doing so well. I made it through all the Halloween stuff and didn't cheat, then went on a camping trip with my husband, and stuck to the plan all weekend. I was so excited to step on the scale this morning.
I am now: 8 pounds down and lost: 6 inches
Not bad for one week. I sure hope this continues. Tamara, I'm glad to hear you are feeling better and are getting help with your sleep problems.
Everybody else: Keep up the great job you all are doing. We can do this. Together!
Have a great day.
Skinny Camper, signing out.

Skinny Camper back again.....
Just one question for:
Tinkerbell,
I found the "Walk-Away-The-Pounds" video tapes at Walmart. They were a pack of three. They said Walk Away The Pounds "Stretch". Are they the same ones you have? I have one question before I buy them. Can you use these tapes while on a treadmill or are they just for standing on the floor and running in place. I have a treadmill that is collecting dust and I need to get back on it. I didn't buy them yet, but wanted to hear from you first, on just how they work.
Thanks so much!
Skinny Camper, over and out.

Good Morning Ladies!
I was going to post my week one loss but it's already locked so I guess I'll just tell you here!
What a crazy weekend! I don't even know where to begin!
I was attacked by the evil food demons this weekend, I did the best I could and I have lost 2lbs this week too!
I hope you all had a great weekend. I know weekends are hard for me as well, my schedule gets all out of whack.
I'm glad to hear everyone is doing so well. You are all AWESOME!!
I'm not feeling the best today myself. A combo of not enough sleep and girl stuff so I'm going to take it slow and easy today. I may go home early too!
Have a wonderful day and hang in there!!
We can do this!
Sky - out

Well, even though I hit some bumps in the road I managed to lose 6 pounds this week. I didn't have time to measure myself (will do that later). I tried to post my weight on the Weight Loss thread but even though I refresh I can't seem to get the 'reply' button to appear. DRATS! Foiled again!
I can't believe how good we're all doing! What I really like is that we're sooo honest with what's going on - I don't feel like I'm alone when I take a detour in the plan. We're all less than we were seven days ago - so that's quite an accomplishment! Who knows what the next week will bring. I'm planning on adding exercise to the mix and try to stay more on plan.
I made the turkey sausage patties yesterday but found them bland - even with all the spices. I think I'll take Sasha's idea and crumble the pattie into a baked potato or maybe into a tomato sauce. Oh well, this is certainly a time for experimentation. Anybody else try the recipes online or from the cards?
Thanks for all the encouragement! Love you guys!

Hello Agents. With week one gone I am still hanging in there strong. I am so proud of myself. With all the Halloween candy my children have I have NOT had one single piece. (pat myself on the back for that one). I did however buy myself a small bag of Hersheys Sugar Free chocolates and had one piece and put the bag away. It has not even called my name at all. Yeah!!!
I have been walking everyday (took a break on Wed) and walked again this morning. I have my timer set for 55 minutes on my HR monitor and away I go. ;D I have been doing so good I can turn back now.
I have lost 2 pound this past week for total of 17 pounds. 3 more to go to reach my 20. I am looking forward to my progress even with the upcoming Holidays I know I can do this. I feel too good to turn and run from my success. ;D The 10 pound season will turn into a 10 pound LOSS for me.
Well, I am off now. Time to go back to kitchen for my mid-day rejuvination and plan my afternoon. Good luck to all and great success. TEXT

I didn't log in last week because I've been so disappointed. My kid never arrived after being sent out on 10/10. Fedx lost it and Provida wasn't to worried over my loss. I finally got them to reorder the kit for me (which I have to pay again - the other can't be credited to my account until the investigation is over). The new kit is suppose to be here tomorrow but I have not rec'd a confirmation on it. I'm so upset.
You all are doing good, though. I'm so excited for you. I'm hoping to join this week, if not next. Who knows.

Ruby, It's a drag that your kit was lost but don't dispair. You can still watch what you eat (which you've been doing) and start to drink lots of water (100 oz a day). If you can get in some walking that would be great too (I need to start exercising this week). Just curious, where in New Jersey do you live? I live in the city - upper east side.

Raven -
Oh you are a city girl! I love the city. I live in Readington which is about 35 miles east of the city. We go into the city often for dinner and shows. Unfortunately the last year was spent at Sloan Kettering. My husband was diagnosed with a rare tumor in his leg (at 40 years old!). They saved him there - saved his leg!
Thanks for the encouragement to keep plugging along. I was just really disappointed - I wanted to start so badly. The last year was spent taking care of my husband and kids and now I want to do something for me. I've been great with my water and cut out almost all diet coke (a biggie for me).

Tinkerbell - I have my kit, I was just making comments to Ruby about her kit not arriving. You're doing great by the way - keep it up! Ruby - Glad to hear that your husband is doing alright. Sloan Kettering is not too far from where I live. I live about 60 paces away from Serendipity - I measured! LOL Sometime when you're planning to come in, we should get together! The theatre is my passion and I try to go as much as possible. I just saw "Taboo" on Saturday and am going to see "Wonderful Town" on Wednesday. When my sister comes in December, we're going to see "Wicked" which I hear is wickedly good! to all of you
