Thanks for your support I really appreciate it!
I leave tomorrow to go see my best friend. I'll be gone until Sunday, so Monday I will try to be back on track with you all! The Dr.'s might be starting to get a clue about what is wrong with her, so we will see what I can find out when I get out there.
Have a wonderful Thanksgiving! Hang in there!

Hello Ladies!
First, I commend all of you for coming here and sharing. Having a great support system is the #1 reason YOU WILL SUCCEED! I have also tried everything under the sun in the past, and the support I found at WW (and now here) led me to lose a total of 65.6 lbs.
Here's my pep talk for those who need it:
The one thing I have discovered on this journey is to not get down on yourself for any reason. I know this viscious tool of the enemy "I eat to feel better, but when I eat I feel bad, so I eat to feel better." I have succummed to a not-so-good lunch and figured I had blown my day and made it worse by having other things I shouldn't have. The challenge is to break that cycle. When the enemy gives you McDonalds for lunch, laugh at him after and say "I am starting over RIGHT NOW!" After that Big Mac, start over by walking around the block! Easier said than done, I know, but it does work!
OK.. on to other news........
My current mission has been put on suspension while I embark on a new mission. No longer will I be on a quest to lose weight healthily, but to gain it in a controlled manner. My new mission is that of creating a new life, who will make his/her appearance in this world sometime next summer.
I will check in from time to time, between morning sickness and cravings for the bizarre, to offer any help I can and congratulate you often!
Take care everyone, and remember "Today is done, Tomorrow is another one." (Dr. Suess)

Hello Fellow Agents! Tinkerbell here, checking in....
I haven't checked in for a while, but things haven't been all bad. (not all good, but not all bad either.) I had surgery to remove 2 cysts on my face, and one on my wrist last Thursday, and my left arm is in a cast for 3 weeks.
I've been really down on my water drinking, which I know isn't helping me at all. I've tried the stuffed peppers and meatloaf recipes, but just couldn't take eating so much ground turkey. I know, as type B, we're not supposed to eat red meat, but I made the stuffed peppers today with half turkey and half ultra-lean ground beef, and they're much better. I haven't been on the scale, and I don't think I've lost more than a pound or 2, but I really feel like I'm eating better, and making much better choices than in the past. I've been eating more fruit than ever, which I guess it good, but I love grapes, and I guess we're not supposed to eat them.
Today is Thanksgiving Day, and I'm home alone with my pets. My kids went to Pittsburgh with their Dad to see his family, and they won't be back til Saturday morning. I guess if I can make it through these 2 days without feeling sorry for myself and going on a binge, I'll be much better for it. I've been keeping busy by trying to fix up my basement into a place my kids can go down to play in...(right now it's more like a dungeon) but it's been harder than I thought because I can't lift more than 10 pounds with my left arm because of the 3-inch incision and 9 stitches. Anyway....I came upstairs to make a list of things I'll need to help me with my cause tomorrow (the basement) and I thought I'd check in to see how everyone's doing. I'm supposed to go to the movies tonight with a friend who's husband is away hunting this weekend to see "Love Actually" so I'm looking forward to that...I haven't seen a grown-up movie in ages!!
Gabrielle - Congratulations on your new mission!! ;D Is this your first? Children are so great! If I had a husband, I'd definitely want more! Keep us posted on your progress!!
Hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving!

Hello Agents!
First off...CONGRATULATIONS GABRIELLE!!! How exciting.
I have also been MIA for a little while. Hubby was away in Canada and on his night of return our daughter got bitten by our dog in the face...about 6 good marks on her face...it was pretty bad. I was a total wreck. Good thing we live a block away from the hospital. I grabbed a blanket and just ran with her there. I must have looked like something out of a war movie!!!!
Anyway, it turns out she didn't need stictches unless we wanted to put her through the torture of it. She is healing wonderfully and it hasn't even been a week yet. Of course she has not skipped a beat at all and Mommy and Daddy need more aftercare than she does. The plastic surgeon said she is doing wonderful and she will be back to see him in a week. The dog is now with the sister-in-law and will never see Kayla again. I really do not think the dog meant to hurt her, the dog snapped when the baby was bothering her. But if it can happen once, it will happen again and we are very lucky it wasn't worse. The bites just missed her eyes and lips. So thank God for that.
Congrats everyone so far on your success. I am beginning again on Monday...not exactly following the 6WBM but trying to have lean protein at every meal and still having two snacks per day but probably not chicken...hehe. I will begin my Walk Away the Pounds Exercises and The Firm. I am promising to stay consistent because that is where I tend to fail. I have lost weight in the past and even had treats along the way, but I stayed consistent with the eating healthy and the exercise. I usually start off really good and then begin slacking and before you know it, I have stopped everything. So I am starting over.
Take care agents! Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving!!!!
