4 or 5 small to medium squash 1 onion
optional-any fresh veggie that you can slice
Grilled Squash
Clean and slice squash slice onions layer veggies on george foreman grill spray with Pam spray
Set heat to low until veggies get tender, then cut heat up so all can brown, Keep a close eye on it because it will brown quickly. Turn gently with spatula to get browning all through the squash.
Salt and pepper to taste.
This is delicious and low in calories and lots of vitamins.
