My favorite web site in this vein is RecipeZaar: www.recipezaar.com/Here's a link to a very yummy, very filling, low calorie, low fat soup from there: www.recipezaar.com/recipe/getrecipe.zsp?id=38696They also have a measurement converter if you need to change your ounces to grams. Another great website that helps me check in with what I'm consuming is the NutritionData page: www.nutritiondata.com/They have stats on fast foods as well as other items that don't tend to come with labels like nectarines and broccoli. thanks for the links, I had never heard of recipezaar. It looks interesting. I bookmarked it to look at it later.
And the one about the fast food I studied on that one.. I looked up pizza hut pizza, My daughter and I were going to get pizza today. I am so glad I changed my mind -280 calories for 1 medium slice. that is so bad. I would have to walk over 2 miles to burn that much calories.

Thanks for these helpful links. I gained 10 pounds in the last year...mostly cuz I was eating really bad, not exercising as much as I used to, etc. I still fit in all my clothes but I know the extra weight is there so it bugs me. I want it off so I need low calorie recipes to help me along. I'm also into sugar free diet. I'm just using Natvia natural sweetener for my everyday sweet fix. I findit helpful too because it's safe unlike artificial sweeteners.
