I am not on the low carb diet, but my dil is and she said she started craving crackers and of course that is a nono- so she sprinkled some shredded cheese on the george foreman and let it get crisp, voila, cheese crackers. She also fixes it not so crisp and uses them for taco shells.
I hope someone can use this tip.
