Ingredients:
1/4 cup Lawey's 17 Herb No Salt Seasoning 1/4 cup Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb 1 cup Balsamic Vinegar 3 whole Chicken Breasts (boneless, no skin)
Mix the two seasonings in a small bowl and wisk completely with the Balsamic Vinegar. Allow to stand for 15 minutes to let the herbs/spices absorb the vinegar. If mixture is too thick, add enough vinegar to make a loose paste.
Cover the outer sides only of the breasts with the seasoning mix and let stand 30 minutes.
Barbecue, bone side down (or inner breast down), on low heat side of grill keeping the high heat side empty and on high. Keep lid down. Cook for 20 minutes.
Turn low heat side off. Turn high heat side down to low. Turn over breasts and cover other side with the seasoning mix and close cover. Cook for another 20 minutes.
