If you wondered where I found those 3-D models of what my body shape was. It was from here. Sometimes all it takes is a visual to see where we can go with our weight to help us keep in tune with our goals. I hope this will do that for you. www.mvm.com/mvmhome/jsp/home.jsp?Enjoy!

This is aewsome!! I built a model of how I am now, then of the weight I want to be, and printed both. They're hanging on the side of the fridge, so I can see them every time I open the fridge. It's great!

Thankyou! I printed out the "before" the "now" and the "after" pic. Very cool!

That should be motivating. I play with those virtual models too sometimes. It is something to keep me on track when I begin to lose sight of my mission. I go there and the woman that I want to be is just a few clicks away.
What a shame we can't click ourselves to what we wnat to be in real time.
