I find, that this morning, my darling children though noisey, didn't come to jump in on my bed, and allowed me to sleep in. *chuckles*
So, though I didn't get weighed in today [I'll try tomorrow], that though sore and achey, I was able to sleep and breathe and get a good night's rest that way.
I use a CPAP these days. For my new years resolution, I changed doctors for I feared that the doctor I had previously would continue as before with more pills, more ways to keep me from my goal.
I still found myself getting sick, though at the moment, the only thing I have to deal with is my throat and nose drying out from the machine.
I will say, the week of Thanksgiving, I lost 4.6 lbs. So am down to 306.4
Any loss at this state of my life is good to me, though not losing as fast as I would like. My health makes my weight loss a roller coaster. Even following that which I am supposed to.
I am still continuing my job at KMarts as a Cashier that keeps me happy and sane, and moving.
And over the Christmas holiday, my 2nd son who is in the Army was home for Christmas and New Years. He went back yesterday on the bus back to GA before they send him to Hawaii for more training for 2 yrs.
The last time I saw him was his graduation in June 2003. So you can see why I've been gone for a bit. What with work, getting the house ready, and children and illness.
The thing is. I am back. I've missed you all, but glad to know you're all doing well.
Here is to a HAPPY NEW YEAR! Tamara signing out for now *smiles*

Just me, checking in on this thread....
Don't be ashamed, Ruby....be motivated!! And remember, we're all here for you, and we're all here for the same reason....you're not alone in this!!
Don't be discouraged by eating things that aren't on the program....just vow to do better at the next meal....don't blow off the whole day or week because of one bad meal or even a bad day! I eat something that's a no-no on the plan at least once a day....but I make myself feel better by drinking an extra glass of water, or having a banana the next time I'm hungry. Don't beat yourself up!! Just stay motivated!
I'm down 15 pounds, and although I wish it were 55 pounds, I'll take what I have, because it's certainly better than what I was 4 weeks ago.
Hang in there, everyone!!
