Yes, this is for a weekly weigh in room. As each of us have different days when we can get in to weigh, this is our weekly weigh in room.
Whether you use Curves, Weight Watchers, or your own home scale. Be sure to be honest with yourself.
We are here to cheer you on!

Good for you snuglbunny! Remember though it might not have moved, it might be forming into muscle. Keep up the great work! Make your measuring tape your friend. I trust it over the scales. Tamara

Nov 1st. Went to Weight Watchers and weighed in. Found I lost 3 lbs. Went from 311.4 to 308.4
Basically I have to watch my bread intake, and drink more water. I am still working out the kinks for eating the right fruits and veggies. Need more of those.
Tamara signing out until next weekend!

nov. 3rd lost 2lbs lost 5 inches I was hoping to have lost more , but that's ok...I know that i need to start doing cardio in my routine. I will make that effort starting today with a 30min cardio workout or a 1mile walk for starters.

I applaude all of you. Any weight loss is a success! Any inches trimmed, is a success!
Change those mind tapes, pat yourself on the back, remember what you think isn't much a difference is. If you don't think so. Take something that weights the amount you just lost and carry it around on you ALL day and night for a week to realize what you've accomplished!
Eating isn't enough, really. I found that out. Water and Exercise plays a very important role as well.
Water holds oxygen and flushes out the bad impurities that make us ill and knock down our immune system.
Exercise helps our heart and muscles to do their part as well to keep us going.
Even if you have to start small, you have successfully took control of your life and have started on your way to for changing those old mind tapes.
Once you get in the routine, it will just be as normal as breathing. You'll get to the point you don't think about it but just do it.
Smile and Realize you've made it through a week with a success!
