hello ladies,
i really need your help. I am 21 years old and i have 3 kids... one is a 3 year old, and i also have 7 month old twins. I am a single mom and i am disgusted with my body. I really need some motivation and suggestions. how do i get started without failing miserably? I have never really had to diet before, because before my first child i was 16, and small. now i feel like i have just blown out of proportion. I just don't know how to get rid of this spare tire around my waist. please help me. i want to feel attractive again.
