Good Morning and today ;D is Wednesday. I know it is Wednesday ;D because I looked at my calender. ;D
I slept much better last night. I don't even think I moved once I fell asleep, until i woke this morning to visit the bathroom.
Today I am going to work in the den, I amgoing to dust and use 409 and endust, and windex and then vacumn.
That is going to be probably the entire day, if I do finish early then I am going to go out and run the mower. I don't think I am going to get back to my game until at least after Thanksginving and maybe not until after Christmas. But that is ok I know exactly where I saved it at and I do have a guide I can use.

breakfast-oatmeal and juice
lunch-salad
supped-leftover from the supper I fixed last night, grilled chicken, collards., lima beans, yams, and small salad.
snack-trail mix
exercise-4 mile walk, heavy duty cleaning, maybe pushing mower (I will let you know later.)

Good Wednesday morning! My day started off in a particularly nice way today, with a nice long chat with a friend. I've got the kettle on to boil now, so I can fix my oatmeal. I'll have that, and some yogurt in a little while. I'm not sure what lunch will be, as I'm still out of salad, and I see my hubby took the chicken breast I thought I'd have. (I don't mind - I'd rather he did that than buy fast food!) There is some of the seafood/veggie stuff left, but I'm not sure I really want that for another day. There is also lots of squash casserole left from last night, too. I'm not sure about dinner, either, for that matter, come to think of it. Hubby won't be home for dinner until Sunday now, so it will just be the girls and me the rest of the week. I guess I need to think about going to the grocery store, though we are planning on doing our shopping Saturday morning. Anyway, I didn't do exercising exactly, but while I was on the phone this morning, I kept moving, doing some of the moves from the walking tapes I use, so I guess that counts for something. Since hubby isn't going to be home, if I plan something simple for the kids for dinner tonight, I should be able to fit exercise in today, even if I have to start it later than I'd prefer, as I can wait to eat until I'm done. I'll check in tonight to let you know how I did, if I did. Need to get my oatmeal, and then I need to get to work. Have a good day, and I will talk to you later.

Ok I did get my 4 mile walk done, and that is it. My friend called and we have been working on the new board since she called,( she has done 99% of the work) Hopefully she and I will be through withit by tomorrow I am going to put the link here so that anyone that wants to visit can, and please join us. It is a healthy living support board, I think that when it is finished then there will be something there for everyone. Go ahead and join and watch us grow. once the other board is up and running, are you going to stop coming here? I just got home from running errands after school. Had to go buy my boss a new desk chair at the office store, and I went out to my storage unit to dig out some of the winter clothing. I only found two bins, so the rest must be up in the attic. That was a bit of a workout, I can tell you. Had to move several boxes of hardcover books out and back, plus some other things. Anyway, lunch ended up being tuna leftover from the other day, and squash casserole. Dinner is likely going to be seafood stuff and noodles for me, as the girls want spaghetti-o's. Need to scoot - have some things to do. Have a good evening. I'll try to check in later.

Since I have been so busy today I have only had one slimfast drink and one cup of trail mix. My dh bought a sub, because I did not have anything to eat. I don't think that I over indulged today.

I did get a little bet done in my den later this afternoon.

well, I'm through with my dinner. I had the rest of the seafood stuff (a small amount each of shrimp, scallops, and crabmeat, with lots and lots of veggies - red and green bell peppers, broccoli, fresh mushrooms, and carrots). I know I will be hungry again in a while, but I've already decided to have popcorn when I do get hungry, so that's okay.
Also, thanks to the encouragement of a good friend, I did something else today. I took the time to exercise. I did the 2 mile walk - and was sure by mile one that I wasn't going to be able to make it through, lol, but I did. I followed it up with my stretch tape, so just about an hour altogether. Now, to stick with it again....
Anyway, I don't know if I will check in again tonight or not, so just in case, have a good night everyone!!!
