I got a late start this morning--but I did get my 4 mile walk before I did anything else. Then I showered quickly and went to get groceries. Now I am back and I am trying to plan my day.
I think this is the way it will go
I have a bit of laundry to do, and I definitly need to start cooking again in a healthy way. I can not continuie to use my being sickas an excuse. I can tell that the messed up part of my lower stomach is getting irritated and I do not want to go through that again. So it is time to eat some veggies and I will start doing that today.
Breakfast-I will skip breakfast today
lunch a small amount of mac and cheese and 1 hotdog, and a small salad
supper- grilled chicken on a medium salad, and a small amount of french dressing mised with a small amount of low fat ranch dressing.
Snack- trail mix
I am going to fix lunch now and i will check back in later.

Good day to you Audra.
I have a site question, what does it mean at the top where it says Hey Jocelyn you have 0 messages and 0 are new? I am confused by that.
I hope you are having a wonderful day. I am back at work for my second marathon day. It's pretty slow today so I have been studying for my big Anatomy and Physiology final that I have on Wednesday. I also need to take some time to review my chair massage techniques as I have a public clinic with chair massage tommorow. It is going to be a stressful week. Last full week before vacation though which is cool. After this week I have 2 Monday classes and then 6 whole weeks off from school.. YEAH!!! Just get me through this week thats all I ask.
Okay I think I will review some more of my notes hope alll are having a good day!

Hi Jocelyn I am glad you are getting a vacation soon, you do sound a little stressed, so I hope you can get some good relaxation time in.
That 0 messages and 0 new is a private messageor pm, I will send you one when I finish here and you just click on the number 1 and it will take you to your private message. ANd if you want to send me one you click on reply and then type. But another way is to click on my name, or anyone elses, and there will be a sentance that says do you want to send this person a private message, and then you can click yes and it will take you to a box and you type and then send.
I finished lunch and I ate a touch more mac and cheese than I had intended. BUT IT WAS SO VERY GOOD. I could not resist. I will have to eat just a little less tonight maybe leave off the croutons.
I will check in later.
I am going to pm you now Jocelyn.

good afternoon all. I'm taking a quick lunchbreak, so I thought I would stop in to say hello. So sorry to hear that you weren't feeling well, Audra, but I'm glad that you are back up to par now. Keeping a good thought for you to get through the next week as smoothly as possible, Jocelyn. I haven't been here in a while, have I? I've been busy, some, but mostly just stressed, and completely off my mission. I think I've eaten more chocolate in the last week than I have in the entire rest of the year. I finished up the poncho for princess, and made a smaller matching version for baby. I haven't started mine yet, as I want to use a hook size I don't have, so it will wait until I get to the store again. I read a book last night, and today I'm doing housework. I had 6 bags full of laundry that finally got brought up from the car (all that I did a couple of weeks ago), so I took it all out of the bags. Sorted into piles for each of us, then also sorted out too small, or out of season items to be donated and/or packed up for storage, whatever the case may be. I have princess' dressers organized, all of her clothes put away. Also put away hubby's things, except for a small basket of fleece pullovers there wasn't room for in his dresser. After lunch, I'm going to organize my dresser, and get my clothes put away, then do the same for baby's things. Then all I have to do is box up (etc) all of the things that are going elsewhere. I may not get that part accomplished tonight, as I don't have many boxes on hand. After dinner, I'm going to get the kitchen cleaned up, and I'm hoping that when hubby is here, he will help me pick up the living room so I can vacuum (baby has popcorn and crushed crackers all over, sigh.). That's my exciting life. I'm trying to get myself back on mission. I need to be, and you are right, Audra, the exercising is a stress-buster, I just have to manage to make myself do it. I made eggs with broccoli and a bit of cheese for breakfast, and I am having salad and a bean/cheese quesadilla for lunch. Dinner will be chicken, most likely, but I haven't decided for sure yet. Well, I'm going to go, so I can finish my lunch, then get back to my chores in the bedroom. Have a good day. I'll try to check in later. I need to get back on track with that, too. It is important to post. I've let it slide the last few days, just as I let my mission go by the wayside. Talk to you later!

AEROBICS
We felt like our bodies had gotten totally out of shape, so a friend of mine and I got our doctor's permission to join a fitness club and start >exercising. We decided to take an aerobics class for mature women. We bent, twisted, gyrated, jumped up and down, and perspired for an hour. But, by the time we got our leotards on, the class was over.
hey long time no see. not much going on. i've been on and off plan so much it's not even funny. but i thought this joke was funny so i wanted to share it with yall.

FUNERAL PROCESSION:
A woman was leaving a convenience store with her morning coffee when she noticed a most unusual funeral procession approaching the nearby cemetery. A long black hearse was followed by a second long black hearse about 50 feet behind the first one. Behind the second hearse was a solitary woman walking a pit bull on a leash. Behind her, a short distance back, were about 200 women walking single file. The woman was so curious that she respectfully approached the woman walking the dog and said, "I am so sorry for your loss, and I know now is a bad time to disturb you, but I have never seen a funeral like this. Whose funeral is it?" "My husband's." "What happened to him?" The woman replied, "My dog attacked and killed him." She inquired further, "Well, who is in the second hearse?" The woman answered, "My mother-in-law. She was trying to help my husband when the dog turned on her." A poignant and thoughtful moment of silence passed between the two women. "Can I borrow the dog?" "Get in line."
A Woman's Prayer: Dear Lord, I pray for: Wisdom, To understand a man. Love, To forgive him and; Patience, For his moods. Because, Lord, if I pray for Strength I'll just beat him to death

Hi I am on my last load of clothes
My husband has gone to the funeral home-another friend of his, same age, has died of heart related problems. I have got to start nagging my dh more to get him to quit smoking, we already eat pretty healthy at laest 90% of the time. But so many of his friends that have died was smokers. And they are having heart attacks and strokes. It is so sad.
Honey those jokes were funny especially the one about the leotards, I can relate. Most of the time I just exercise naked. Saves on having to wash so much clothes. Just joking. I would be so scared there would be a crack in the curtains and every county worker around would be outside taking turns peeking in the window.
Jasmine I am so happy you are back, even if it is just for a visit. Is there anything at all that I can do for you? I do know what you are going through. Sometimes it is so easy to forget about what you are doing for your self, No thats not right not forget just close your eyes for a bit and then when you open them so much has occured and you think I might as well just do what ever and forget about it. But it aches that you are not doing the things for yourself, and then you lose the hmmph that helped you get there . What can i do to help you. Do you want me to call you? I will, I will call every day if you need me to. I might not can talk long but you will know that I am wanting to hold your hand and give you all the support that I can.
And I know it is harder when you have children, I don't want to put the blame on the kids but you just have to think so much more about food when you have children, and you have to have some snacke type foods for them and sometimes those snacks were on a first name basis with me and I could hear them calling me by name.
I am sitting here eating my salad , without the croutons, and it is a good salad.
Along time ago I read that psychologically we need to chew a certain amount of times. I think that is why I like salads so much You can make a salad last a long time and that is a lot of chewing. I am certainly getting my psychological chewing needs met tonight cause this chicken was cooked a little too long and I have to chew a lot to get it to the consistency that is needed to swallow. Now wasn't that an interesting thing for me to talk about?
I will check in later and maybe I will have some more intereszting things to talk about. lol

Sorry I can not think of anything interesting to talk about. I ate a little snack earlier. Instead of trail mix I had some dried fruit. I needed the fruit, it had a lot of fiber and it was a lot better for me that the trail mix would have been.
Sometimes I just have to choose the foods that is for the greater good. I really would have preferred the trail mix.
This has been a good day, I am satisfied with what I ate and with my activity level.
I think i will give myself 3 stars for this day, I would say 4 but I did eat a little too much mac and cheese at lunch.
I am yawning and my eyes are getting heavy, but I want to finish watching Crossing Jorden. That is a good show and so is Cold case..
I will see all of you tomorrow
Sleep well Everyone
