I woke up this morning and I felt so good and so ready to do some exercises. I finished the 4 mile walk, and yes my bocy was a little slower. I expected that because I have been sick and my body has been fevered. But I did the entire 4 miles.
And now i feel energetic and alive and healthy.
This week since I got sick I have been neglecting my house so I am going to have to do some sweeping and vacumning, and dusting , and straightening. And I have a couple of loads of laundry todo.
It is supposed to drop down to 34 tonight and 32 tomorrow night. That is freezing temperature. I don't mind the cold but I do like 50's and 60's best.
I have not decided what i am going to eat today. I do know it is going to be healthy, I am thinking chicken strips grilled, and cooked carrots, and collards, and green beans for supper, breakfast and lunch will just be something quick but healthy like oatmeal, raisens, salad something like that. I will come back later tonight and put down what I had.
And of course my exercise was a 4 mile walk. I read that exercise is even good for your brain, I don't remember exactly the process that occurs but I like knowing that it does my brain good as well as my body. I wonder if being physically active would lesson your chances of getting altimers (not spelled right, say it phonetically) Well obviously exercise does not improve your ability to spell.
