Good Morning
I slept late this morning, the first time in ages. Ususally by this time I have already finished with my exercises. I am going to do them just a little bit later. I might walk on the treadmill today since dh is in the den.
And since he is still sick we are going to put off my birthday dinner until next weekend. We are going to go eat Chinese. It is ok to put it off another week that way I can do a little extra each day to pay for the calorie splurge in advance.
I know with him sick we are not going anywhere today except to go get some groceries. I have to get some lettuce and a few other salad fixins. So my plans for the the day is exercise, groceries, and then i will play on the ps2.
Menu for the day--
breakfast-oatmeal and banana
lunch -salad
supper-I just don't know yet it depends on if dh has an appetite,
snack-trail mix
exercise-4 mile walk or a tread mill walk

Good Morning!
I hope you have a wonderful day audra. Sorry DH is sick, thats always a bummer and I hope he feels better. I will excercise vicariously through you today. I am stuck at work for a 12 hour shift today and unfortunately only got 4 hours of sleep last night due to my evil cat. SO now I am exhausted and have a migrane and don't see any chance of pushing my body into excercise today. Oh well, perhaps tommorow. Talk to you later!

Hi Jocelyn and everyone else-
I finished my exercises, and bought groceries. I had a salad for lunch, and now i am drinking a cup of decaf coffee with sweet and low and french vanilla to flavor it with.
Let me know if you were vicariously tired when I got through exercising this morning. I was tired, but I felt so invigorated and energetic. If I could bottle those endorphins I would be a rich women.
Now I am going to play the ps2, laugh at this old woman if you want to , but it keeps me young at heart. Or maybe I am going through my 2nd childhood. The game that I am playing is an older game it is Chrono Trigger. It is a terrific game.
I still have not decided on what I am going to have for supper. I will be thinking about it while I am playing the game.
What do you do, Jocelyn? I hope you don't get to sleepy while you are working or while you are driving home.
Jasmine I hope you are having a good weekend. Pop in and let me know how you are feeling.

Hey again, Well I got to go home early and take a nap so I am feeling a bit better now. For work, I work in a call center for car rental for European travel called Auto Europe. It is slow season so currently I just hang around online during the day.. fun.... For supper I am making a Tofu Fajita Asian style from my ediets menu. It looks pretty good, I have never cooked tofu so we'll see how it goes When everyone else started changing their eating habits did you all have physical withdrwals? I am a big sweets eater, cookies,. chocolate ect... the past couple days those things have been eliminated from my diet and I have been having headaches.. anyone else experience this? Talk to you all tommorow! ~J~

I am glad you got home safe, it is not good to drive when you are sleepy.
I do love sweets ice cream and cake and candy and cookies and pies. I did not notice about headaches or anything like that but I did notice that after about a month of not eating them I stopped craving them quite so bad.
I do eat sweets sometimes, I just refuse to keep them in the house (except for my dh's lunch snacks, and they do not tempt me). When I want something sweet I almost make a production out of it.
Like this week when I wanted some ice cream. When my husband got home from work I asked if he was very tired and he said no. So I said lets go get a milk shake. We did and then I said lets go to the rocks. The rocks is my name for a place we found when we were dating almost 30 yrs. ago. It is at a river and there are black huge rocks in the river and the water rushes over the rocks. It is very beautiful, and peaceful.
So we went there and watched the water going over the rocks and ate our ice cream.
The holidays are coming and I always do a lot of cooking and baking. I have already decided that I am going to do the baking and cooking this year and I am going to enjoy being with my kids and my grandkids. And then when everyone leave to go back to their home, then I am going to send all the sweets and high calorie foods home with them. What ever is left here will be thrown away because it is better for it to be in the trash than in my stomach.
I hope I answered your question, just hang in there. If it does like I did then you will stop craving them soon and every thingwill level off in your body.
I finished my supper i had a salad with lettuce, raw cauliflower, croutons, 2 boiled eggs,two small suchini. and low calorie ranch dressing.
I went out today to see if my okra was still bearing and it was. So I got a knife and my basket and was cutting the okra and felt sometning on my feet . I looked and I had stepped in a fire ant bed and my foot was just about covered in fire ants. I left my sandle there and was jumping and yelling and trying to get them off of my foot. Now my foot is swollen and I am keeping medicene on it. I suppose I got a small extra exercise in today, but dang that was not a good way to get it.
