Good Morning
I just finished my 4 mile walk with the new dvd. If a person wants a very good, thorough, arobic, non joint jarring challenging workout then I highly reccommend "Leslie Sansone's walk away the pounds express super challenge." This is a terrific in home exercise video. Not difficult, but I worked every muscle in my body.
I am going to shower and then go get some groceries. I told my husband I wanted some kfc for lunch today. I am not going to eat any thing for breakfast I am going to have some juice.
Today is Halloween, are you and your chldren going trick or treating? Or did you go last night? What was your children dressed as? And did you get lots of treats?
Menu --
breakfast-juice
lunch-kfc-I will let you know exactly what I eat later
supper-I will have to let youknow later, at this time I am thinking something very light salad or cereal
snack-trail mix
exercise-4 mile walk and maybe later this afternoon a 2 mile walk with my dh.
Have a nice Sunday and a happy halloween everyone.
Talk to you later.

That's the four mile tape that I want, Audra. I use the WATP express tapes. Well, those are the tapes I used back when I was exercising all the time, anyway. *sigh* I spent all day yesterday at my in-laws with the girls. I did 8 super-sized loads of laundry while I was there, and we didn't get home until after 11 last night. I don't do laundry very often. It's hard work! Spot treating all the baby clothes, especially, and I folded everything so it would be ready to put away when I get it all out of the car. Today, princess and I are going to clean her room. We are going to find the floor in there, or we will not be going trick-or-treating tonight! We are supposed to go to a friend's house for dinner, then to take the girls out. We don't live in a neighborhood I'd go out in here, so this will be the first time princess has ever gone door-to-door. She's going to be a witch - not very unique, I know, but her costume at least is a bit different than your average witch. Baby is being a mermaid, wearing a beautiful costume I made for princess when she was that age. I had a bagel for breakfast. I don't know what lunch will be, probably some turkey breast and squash that my mil sent home with me. Dinner will be pizza, hubby told me last night our friend told him that. Well, it's time to get busy on housework. Have a good day!

We had lunch early, cause I was so excited about the KFC that I just could not wait andy longer for it. I had 1 piece of chicken with the skin. It was a short thigh, and 1/2 biscuit, and 3/4 cup mac and cheese, and 1 cup of mashed potatoes and gravy.
I was so pleasantly full and I refuse to feel guilty about over indulging. I will go for a real two mile walk with dh today and that will work off some of the calories. And for supper I will have a light meal, I still have not decided what I am going to have.
Jasmine your children sound adorable. I hope you all have a safe and happy time trick or treating. And enjoy your pizza. Oh don't forget to wear your pedometer you might be pleasantly surprised at how many steps you take tonight.
You did have a full day of clothes washing yesterday. I quess that is another perk of getting older - I just don't have as much laundry to do. I probably don't wash but 5 loads a week normally. Sometimes there are more like when I wash blankets or drapes. But most of the time it is just 5 loads. And I do them as the loads get full so it equals out to maybe one load today and then 2 loads day after tomorrow.
I will talk to you later

[glow=red,2,300]HAPPY HALLOWEEN![/glow]
We went to a Halloween party last night...It was a lot of fun. The kids costumes are Elvis, Grim Reaper, and Fred Flintstone. They will be trick-or-treating but just our street and since they are virtually the only children on the street...that's all they really need to do to come home lugging an overflowing bag.
Hope you all have a happy and safe holiday! ;D
Oh...BTW went to the doctor earlier in the week and his scales had me down to 214 mine this morning say 215...either way it's great with me! I'd still love to work some magic and get under the 200 mark before next year. It's slow going but I am going to try to change it up some and see how it works.

6:55 PM
I finished supper-1 cup of pasta with a light sauce made with just a little cream of mushroom soup and some water. For a snack today i had a cup of cheerios.
Congratulation angel on your loss, if you find that magic wand to lose weight fast and permanent you could rent the wand out to people and make a million dollars very quickly.
I went for a 2 mile walk with my dh this evening, when i got back i told my dh to go in the truck and measure the distance one more time to be sure it was two miles. So he goes out and comes back later and tells me it is only 1 mile and 6/10 ROUND TRIP. Not even two miles. I was so ticked. All this time i was thinking I was walking 2 miles and sometimes I would walk farther, and I bet even with the extra it did not make 2 miles.
I am going to see how much farther I would need to go to get to 2 miles and i will walk it.
I will check in later
