Good Morning,
I hope everyone slept well. I did and i woke up feeling terrific. I started making plans for my day as soon as I rolled out of bed. I hugged my dh as I headed to the bathroom. He has to worktoday. I got dressed and did a 4 mile walk......Now i am on the computer when I finish here I am going to clean and straighten and swiffer and do a load of clothes.
When I finish all of that i am going to play on the playstation. And that is my day.
menu---------
breakfast-oatmeal
lunch-salad
supper -grilled chicken, and some veggies,
snack-cereal
exercise-4 mile walk and maybe I will run the mower to pick up leaves in the front

I have not had lunch yet, it won't be long though as i am getting hungry but I did want to finsh everything before I got cleaned up. I have washed the clothes and swept and swiffered. I have run the mower, and my front looks so good. Out by the road looks so messy and so abandoned, I am almost tempted ot go and run the mower there too. but I have done a 4 mile walk this morning plus the 50 minutes of pushing the mower.
I suppose it can wait until monday. I am going to jump in the shower now. After I shower i will fix a salad.
I hope everyones saturday is going as good as mine is.

I did not have lunch I just got busy and now it is so late so close to supper that I don't want to eat anything filling cause then I won't eat supper. So i had a small cup of cereal.
I ordered adifferent 4 mile walk from amazon. I like this one better thatn the other one . It has more upper body workout . I looked at it and it sems to be good. I would have exercised to it but I had already showered when it came in the mail, plus i had done a workout this morning and I had run the mower and I had done some housework.
I will do it tomorrow, I will let you know if it is a good tape as in, smooth exercises and easy transition from on exercise to the next one.
I will check in later.

Oh I also went threough all of my Fat clothes and I got rid of everything that is too big for me. Any of these clothes that are in good shape is going to be cleaned up and packed up and given to the womens coalition, to help abused women and chlildren.
I still have clothes that are just a little too big but I have not lost enough weight to be into the next size down, so I will keep these and wear them until I lose a little more weight. I hope it will be coming off soon cause i am ready to buy clothes that look better and fit better.

Supper was delicious, I did have grilled chicken but I cubed it then grilled and then simmered it in cream of mushroom soup and water and fixed some pasta and 3 veggies. That was my supper, It was delicious and quick to fix.
It must be true about if you skip a meal you pay for it later, I have had the munchies all evening. i fought the urge to get some cheese curls and settled for a cup of cereal.
