Good Morning
I hope everyone had a terrific weekend. My weekend was not so good, but it could have been a lot worse so I am not going to complain and whine tooooo much about it. I will get over this and just begin exercising like nothing was wrong with me.
Jasmine I missed you yesterday. I can't remember if you said you were going to go somewhere or not. If you did go traveling I hope you had a good time.
I wish more people would join us here, I have always heard that there is strength in numbers, and I know that coming here and talking does give me strength. I know that we have lurkers, and I hope they are drawing strength from the two of us that are posting. But it would be nice if they would come in, kick off their shoes, and chat with us.
I don't have a lot planned today, I am just going to take it easy. I have been up almost an hour and I have not had any twinges or spasms. If I don't have any pain today, I may try to do a 2 mile walk tomorrow and just see how I get along. If there is no discomfort then the next day a 3 mile walk. I will just gradually add a little each day until I get back to where I was.

lunch-veggies and tuna
supper-veggies and salmon or tuna
snack-cheerios
exercise- No exercise today
It is sorta surprising how exercise has become so much a part of my day. I feel as if something is missing. I will be glad when I can add it back to my mornings.
