Good Morning.
I am having a tiny bit of problem with my tummy , so no exercies for today, and probably not tomorrow either. It has eased off some since yesterday, but it still feels teder and sore.
Mostly what I will be eating todayis lightly cooked veggies and a lot of oatmeal and some raisens and prunes. Not going to try to keep up with calories , cause it just does not matter right now. I have to eat the oatmeal and the raisens and the prunes so that I can get back to normal as soon as possible.
I have had one pack of oatmeal and 5 prunes this morning and 1 small cup of coffee.

He I have had for my lunch some asparagus a small amount of grilled egg plant a tiny piece of a salmon patty, about the size of two fingers. and a piece of whole wheat bread. I had one cup of unsweetened flavored hot tea, cinnamon and spice flavor.
I don't know what I am going to eat for later but I will tell you i am getting hungry for something to really chew. THere is no chewing in oatmeal or asparagus or eggplant. I did chew on the salmon patty but I was a little afraid to eat very much of it . and bread is too soft to chew.
Oh well I will get better and then I will be able to eat like normal.

I started feeling better so I decided to eat something a little more substantial for supper. I had a little tuna mixed with low cal mayonaise and 1 boiled egg, on a slice of whole wheat bread. and about 10 grilled okra. Later I had a cup of dry cheerios.
I really am feeling so much better I was thinking about exercising tomorrow but my dh said "don't push it"
So i am going to be patient and am going to hope at least by wednesday, I shoule be able to begin again.
