Good Morning
I got up this morning and had decided not to do the 4 mile walk because I am going to run the mower . But I just felt so lazy and like I was doing something not good for me, so I went ahead and did the 4 mile walk. In a short while I am going to get on the weight machine and do 15 minutes on there. Then this afternoon I am going to run the mower. I suppose this is a double exercise day.
I am going to straighten just a bit. Not a lot needs to be done. i am going to try to play my game for an hour or so and at 12 there is a show I want to watch. While i am watching that i am going to be working on my curtains. Then I will go mow.
Menu for the day
breakfast-oatmeal and juice
lunch-salad
supper-gardenburger, sweet peas, turnips, honey carrots
snack- trail mix
exercise- 4 mile walk, 15 minutes on weight machine, and mowing
I will come back after lunch

hello there! Sounds like you have a nice day planned out, Audra. What show are you going to watch? Sorry I wasn't here yesterday. It was a long, bad day. Mission-wise, it wasn't bad. The only thing I ate off was some chips, and though I didn't get my workout in, I still got exercise. I got lots of steps in doing some shopping, I scrubbed the outside of my kitchen cabinets, picked up the living room/dining room/kitchen (all one long room) and vacuumed the whole thing with my dustbuster. I was very tired, though, didn't feel good (that time of the month, bad cramps), and the girls were both seriously getting on my nerves. It's been a long week. Hubby will actually be home tonight, which will be nice, even though we have things to do. I just finished my breakfast about 30 minutes ago, as I was busy this morning. I had oatmeal and a muffin. Lunch will be moroccan chicken. For dinner, I'm making baked chimichangas, which I need to have ready as soon as hubby gets home, as we have to eat, then get ready to head out for ZooBoo (Halloween at the zoo). That will be good exercise, as we walk around almost the whole zoo, which is a large one. I picked up my crocheting a couple days ago. Like I said before, my yarn is all up in the attic where I can't get to it, but my crochet thread was in the craft cupboard, right at hand. I've made four different bookmarks in the last two evenings. I will probably put some beaded ruffles on socks, or make some scrunchies for princess next week. Tomorrow we are having a surprise party for my dad, so I will be gone most of the day, just so you know. Anyway, I have to get back to work. Have a good day. Talk to you later!

Jasmine I missed you yesterday. But I do know how that T.O.M. can make you feel so out of sorts. Especially when it brings pain along with the emotional blahs. I hope you start feeling like your self soon.
Don't you just love the feeling of creativity you get when you make something with your own hands. It gives me such a feeling of satisfaction.
I did the walk and I ran the mower to pick up leaves. I have not done the weight machne yet. I am actually a little tired so that may be put off until right before I eat my supper.
The show I wanted to watch did not come on so i watced unsolved mysteries on the life time channel instead. They have two shows back to back from noon until 2 each weekday and I like those as good as I would a movie.
I am going to skip playing on my game today, just not enough time. I am going to work on my curtain. and watch a movie. My sister in law loaned me her copy of cold mountain. I have watched a little of it , and it is a pretty good movie.
I will check in later.

I think that posting about my meals, and exercising, or over indulging or not exercising, being up front and totally honest makes me become more accountable for my own actions. lSo I did not eat what i had planned tonight. My dh wanted a fish sandwich so I told him to get a salad with chicken on top and a packet of ranch dressing. I figured it up roughly and it is about 500 calories. That is a little more calories than I normally like to eat, especially this late in the evening.
Now I am going to workout on the weight machine.
