Good Morning
I have finished my 4 mile walk and I finished my breakfast. I had oatmeal and and apple cut up in the oatmeal and I had about 6 ounces of cranberry/white grape juice.
Have you seen that "salad Xpress" by Westinhouse? That is a really neat looking small appliance. I am going to ask "Santa" for one of those for Christmas. See, I really am just a kid at heart, my toys have just gotten different. LOLOLOL
I am going to clean and straighten, and do laundryand then I am going to play the game for a ffew hours and then This afternoon I am going to work on my PC curtains. Does it sound like I lead a boring life? To me it is not boring to me it is just very relaxed and low key.
I have chosen the small plate that I am going to start using to help me learn portion control. I am hopoing that this will help me learn, if I have 5 things to go on my plate and I have a small plate then I have to reduce each portion in order to get it all on the plate.
Menu for my day-----
breakfast-oatmeal, 1 sm. apple, juice
lunch-salad
supper-(leftovers) salmon, steamed cabbage, green beans, yams, and I think grilled squash
snack- trail mix
exercise- 4 mile walk , and I think 1 mile on high incline opn the treadmill.

Hi I finished my lunch, I switched my supper for my lunch. I will have a salad for supper. It may be better for me anyway to have something lighter for my last meal. And I had one cup of decaf coffee.
Nothing else is going on here I did all of the house chores that I had planned and the last load of clothes is going now.
Today I got my last issue of Better homes an d gardens.
It has some really great recipes in it that I am looking up on the computer and then I am going to print them out. These recipes are so high calorie but I think they will go over big for thanksgiving and Christmas.

Well my resolution to eat supper earlier went right out of the window tonight . My great plans lasted exactly one day. Dh came home earlier tonight and he was not hungry so i just put my eating off until he was ready to eat. OH well You win some you lose some. But I did eat off of the smaller plate for my lunch and for supper I ate my salad from a smaller bowl. So I did accomplixh something.
I was very pleased with myself. And my dh had time to work on my lawn mower so I am going to be able to get out tomorrow and pick up leaves from the back and Saturday I will be able to do the front. That will be some extra exercises. I always like pushing the mower it burns off the most calories and it make s me feel so good when I get through.
OK I am going to take an early shower and get things wound up for the evening. First I need to go straighten the kitchen and run the swiffer over the floor.

I did pretty good tonight, no snacking and no munch except for one small pice of hard candy that was 20 calories and 1 small cup of decaf coffee with the vanilla flavoring that was about 45 calories.
Its been a good day.
