Just finished my lunch, It was scrumptious.
I know that I ate my lunch early but I did not eat breakfast at all, I just kept putting it off and putting it all until it was almost lunch time.
I am going to watch some shows on the discovery channel about archaeology. One of my favorite subjects. While I am watching that I am going to be doing some plastic Canvas. I have 3 and 1/2 panels to finish and I will be through with my apple curtains for my kitchen windows. I have already done one window and it really turned out nice.
I will check in later.

Good afternoon! I just finished my lunch, or at least, part of it. It was a lean pocket, and I'm still a bit hungry. I'm going to heat up the last of some leftover broccoli and beets, see if that takes the edge off. Breakfast was oatmeal, and a slice of pizza in between there and lunch. Dinner tonight is going to be chicken on the foreman, and veggies of some sort. Probably some noodles, since the girls like those. I'm also going to bake some healthy-type muffins (with lots of fruit - cranberries, apples, dates, and a handful of pecans) tonight, that way hubby will have something easy to grab on his way out the door for breakfast. The pumpkin bread I made last week is mostly in the freezer. That's what was out for a while, but I want to give him some variety. I'm also going to cook a couple of roasts down into mexican-style meat to freeze, then I will have something easy to pull out to make for dinners. With hubby gone most nights this month, and into next, I tend to do very little for dinner, and it would be too easy to fall into the habit of pizza and the like all the time, so having some made-ahead things isn't going to hurt, that's for sure. I really enjoy archaeology, too, Audra. I miss the discovery channel, but I watch whatever I can along those lines on PBS! Um, no offense meant, but I admit I'm a little skeptical. Curtains out of plastic canvas? Sounds a little odd to me... but then, without seeing, how can I tell? I haven't seen much other than tissue box covers and village pieces made from plastic canvas, so my experience with it is admittedly limited... Anyway, have a good afternoon. I'll check in later.

This isn't working for me. The exercise thing, that is. I had a schedule down for it before, one that worked quite well, but for some reason, it isn't now. Partly, I am more busy at work, I guess. My boss has things for me to do after I get back from school, or she sends me to run errands while I am out, so that by the time I get home, I am nearly out of time to work out before I have to start dinner. I could exercise later, but I already have problems sleeping at night too often, and I know from experience that if I exercise too close to bed time, I don't sleep well. So, I have to figure something out. I'm afraid the only option I have left is to get up an hour early in the morning, to exercise before I take princess to school. I have two problems with that, though. One, if I want to see my husband, I have to stay up late at night, then getting up even earlier than I do is going to be tough, and I will be more tired through the day. Two, sometimes if I get moving too much too fast in the morning, it makes me feel really icky for most of the rest of the day. I don't know. I have to do something. I can't keep on planning to do my exercising, then ending up not being able to do it because something or other interferes. My hormones are out of whack today, too, which doesn't help. Getting close to that time of the month. I get emotional and cry over silly little things, and I am constantly hungry. Today, because I was out running errands after school, I didn't get dinner made until late, which meant I was really, really hungry before dinner was ready. I made muffins while it was cooking, and I have eaten THREE of them since then, two before dinner, and one a while after. They are fairly healthy (and are very yummy, which is part of the problem!), but still, I don't need that many of them. *sigh* Anyway, enough whining. Have a good night. I'm going to pick out a movie, and maybe a book, to spend the rest of my evening with. I'd like to do some crocheting (Audra, talking about doing your crafting has made me itchy to do some myself! , but my box of yarn is up in the attic, which I can't get to on my own. So, maybe later.... TTFN!

Ok, Jasmine, picture a piece of PC about afoot long and about 6 inches wide. The bottom is pointed like a V. At the top is two rows of squares, pattern going blue white blue white, etc. then white until you get to the middle. there is an apple stitched there with brown stem and two green leaves. then white stitches. At the bottom where the v is, there is two rows of blue, one thick row, and then one small row. Each panel is just like that and there are 7 of them each has its own panel for a backing and they are all joined togeather.
The window topper is just like that but shorter. It really is very pretty.
I came to the board and read your last post and just went on and watched tv while I thought about a good workable solution. The only thing that I can suggest that might work is try doing a little bit at the time all through the day. Get up 10 minutes early and do 10 minutes then and 10 more at lunch and maybe 15 some other time. Even 15 minutes is better than none. The walk tape of 1 mile can be done in 15 minutes, and when I walk 1 mile on my tread mill that is 150 calories burned off.
I hope you can figure out something it does make you feel better when you exercise, plus you need it for your health and for your toning as you lose weight.
I keep all of the yarns that I am using in a box beside my chair and the needles are stuck in a pin cusion that sits on the arm of my chair and my pattern sits on the other arm. My chair sits low and has the really wide arms on them. Even when I am expecting company I still leave my work out. I mean that is part of me that is who I am and that is what I do. So I can put my hands on my work at anytime that I sit in that chair. I even leave it out when the babies come over. I have trained them not to touch grandma' needles and yarn.
This has been a good day for me. I exercised, ate good and then exercised on the treadmill for 1 mile. Then had my supper. No snack to day and no breakfast.
I am going to bed a little early tonight I am very tired.
Sleep well everyone ---See you tomorrow.
