Good Morning
I hope everyone is having a great weekend. I am really having a good one, I am enjoying getting out and still staying within my calorie count guidelines, except for the pizza Saturday night. And I really don't think I went that far over.
I don't have a lot planned for today, I am going to do my exercises when I finish here and then get cleaned up and go get groceries and then just laze around for awhile. Then before it gets dark I am going to try to get dh to go for a 2 mile walk with me.
My menu for the day----
breakfast-oatmeal and juice
lunch-sub
supper- salad
snack-dry dereal
exercise- 4 mle walk and maybe later a walk with my husband

hey there. My weekend has been very busy so far, and I'm not done with it yet, lol. Friday night to the in-laws, yesterday, I dropped the kids at my folks in the morning and went up to my in-laws alone to go shopping with mil. After lunch, back to my folks to check on the kids, then back home by myself to quickly change into going out clothes. As soon as hubby got home from opera rehearsal, we left for the symphony. We had a very late dinner - 11:30 last night! This morning, I have to head back up to my folks to pick the girls up. I have a couple of errands to run in the meantime, and baking to do when I get home. So, I need to scoot. Just wanted you to know I haven't forgotten about you!

He Jasmine and everyone else
I was wondering if you had gone awol on me. I understand about being busy.
I did my 4 mile walk and then the groceeries. Came home put everything away and got a call from my dd. Her and her husband are coming over tonight for supper. So I had to figure out quickly just what i am going to fix tonight. I decided on bbq pork ribs, and mac and cheese, corn on the cob and southern cooked butter beans,and a salad. I might cook some rice and make some bbq gravy to go with that. but I think I am going to just eat the salad and maybe have just a small amount of beans, no rice no gravy no corn, and maybe a small piece of the meat. And I may decide to not eat any on the meat.
I will check in later and let you know exactly what I did eat.

I had for my supper a small piece of pork, a medium sized salad and small amount of grilled okra and a small amount of butter beans. It was all very good, and I do not feel like I over ate.
My dh and I went for a walk. when we got almost to the spot that we usually turn around at I told him I was going to walk really fast for about 100 more steps and then he could turn around and i would catch up to him and that is what I did.
that is it for my Sunday-
