Good Morning Back to the drawing board. I just finished my 4 mile workout. I had my oatmeal and my juice. And I am going to play with crono today. I don't know what I am going to have for my supper but I want a salad for my lunch. Iknow I want something kinda light because of the pizza that iate last night. I ate 4 medium slices and that was a lot, for me. It was a lot of calories more than it was a lot of actual food. My menu for the day- breakfast- oatmeal and juice lunch- salad supper- I will have to ocme back later and let you know. Since there was left over pizza I do have some in my fridge that I was going to have for today but I think I will let my dh have it. I am just not in the mood for pizza. I satisfied my craving last night. snack- cereal exercise-4 mile walk and 1 mile on high incline on the treadmill. I will check in later.

I finished my salad and it was so good. I love that french dressing and with only 10 calories per Tablesp o on I dont have to deprive myself of the dressing. I know that I can't go wild and use the entire bottle but I can use more than just a couple of tablesp o on s of dressing.
I ran out of croutons. And I love croutons on my salad so when I was looking around for some crackers to crumble on top of the salad I saw my canister of dried stuffing. I decided to use that and that gave my salad a unique delicious taste. You should try it. I think you will be so surprised at how delicious it will be.
I hope everyone weekend is getting off to a good start.

Hi My dh and I went to a family reunion this evening. It was so much fun, the food was delicious and again I probably ate a little more than I should have but it was so good. I saw my inlaw relatives that I have not seen in a long long time.
I am so sleepy, so off I go, talk to you all tomorrow.
