Hi
I finished my 4 mile walk, and the next thing I will do is my weight machine. Monday i added a little more weight to my routine and I lowered the amound of reptitions. Not a lot of weight is on there cause I did not want to hurt myself but just enough to challenge myself, and so i would feel the muscles being used.
It was raining this morning when I got up and it was thundering so i unplugged my computer while I did the 4 mile walk. It stil looks clody and like it is going to storm. I don't think I will be doing anything outside today.
I just plan to clean up a little today and then i am going to play a game on my playstation. I am just a big kid at heart. The game I am playing now is Crono Cross.
Menu for the day is-
breakfast-oatmeal, apple, 8 ounces of juice.
lunch-home made quesadilla and a small salad,
supper-probably another homemade quesadilla and more salad.
snack-dry honey cinnamon life cereal
exercise-4 mile walk and some time on the weight machine.

good morning, Audra, and anyone else lurking about. I just finished up my oatmeal. I will have some yogurt in a while, and lunch today will be soup. Dinner, I'm not sure about yet. I didn't have a good mission evening last night. I didn't do my exercising, and I didn't even have a good excuse. I had time before leaving for the meeting. I was a little tired, but not overly so. I just decided to finish reading a book I'd started the night before. Shame on me! Then, I let the meeting and hubby having to deal with the older kids (and thus the ex) about the upcoming holiday visit really stress me out. I made dinner as soon as I got home. I was naughty, and made a richer sauce than I had planned on. I sauteed fresh mushrooms in a bit of butter, then added a pound of fresh asparagus pieces and 1/2 pound of shrimp. That isn't bad so far, low cal, low fat, healthy... but then, the sauce. Butter, cream cheese, and a splash of half and half, mixed with a good-smelling bunch of herbs. Ladeled it all over a pile of linguini, and sprinkled it with parmesan cheese. It was soooo good, but that sauce was not so good for me! Then, of course, I topped it off by having a small dish of rocky road ice cream... It's a good thing I don't eat like that very often! Oh, and Audra, just so you know (for future reference), shrimp, on their own, are low fat. 7 or 8 medium-sized ones are only 60 calories, 1 gram of fat, so only 5 of the 60 calories are from fat. Of course, what you do to them adds on - breading, frying, etc. Anyway, I'm going to have a better day today. Got to scoot, it's time to get to work. Hope the weather treats everyone well today.

Jasmine that does not sound real real bad.Maybe a little bit bad but we have discussed this before. Sometimes you just need to splurge and give yourself a little off mission treat. I do this at least once a week. and once in a while I do it more than once a week.
I finished my lunch and I ate two quasidillas and a small salad. The quasadilla was the soft taco size.
Anyway it stuffed me.This is the same thing I did yesterday ate a little later and ate too much and then did not want any supper. If i do eat anything later it will probably be trail mix or something like that .
Ok going back to kill the bad guys in Crono cross.

lol, kill the bad guys. I like to play computer games, but I've never been good at shoot-em-up or fighting-type games. I like ones where there are puzzles to solve, like Myst and the Nancy Drew games. There are some action games that look interesting, but try as I might, I'm no good at them. Well, as to my dinner last night, I definitely got my dairy in. ;D There was more I wanted to say, but baby just fell asleep on me, and this is taking me a long time to type. I'll just come back again later. TTFN!

I did not eat supper. I really did not want anything so what I ate about 9 tonight was about 3/4 cup dry cereal. I t was filling and not real high in calories, I also ate about 10 of the fat free pringles
I feel good about today. Everything worked out very good.
The game that I am playing is a role playing game. Do you know what they are? My children started me playing them when they were young and I am enthused with every nerw game that we get. when the games are really good I will play them again. crono Cross is a very good game and has multble endings depending on what you do when you go to beat the game.
I am so tired I think I am going on to bed,
sleep well everyone
