Good Morning
I think I am going to take a break from the morning exercise today. I have been very diligent about exzercising every morning for a long time and I think it is time to givew my body a little rest time. I am still going to eat correctly. And this afternoon if dh is not still tired from the overtime everyday (he is exhausted)then we will go for a 2 mile walk and I might see if I can push for a little bit longer than two miles.
I had so many hot flashes all night long I was miserable. I am glad that this only happens occasionally or i would have to see my dr. to get some sort of hormone to ease them. Usually I have about 2 days a month of hot flashes and then I don't have any for a while.
I am going to get groceries this morning, (can i count that as my morning workout?) Then come back and just chill for a little while. Then I think we are going to dds and sil's house for a short visit and have an early supper with them.
Right before I woke up this morning I was dreaming thea I had went for a walk and I got lost. I found my way to a little country restaurant that was way back in the woods with no other establishment around it. cars would come up to the window and get there food and then leave. There was no inside dining area.
I was wandering inside trying to get the people to give me some food and no one would even look at me.it was like I was not there. But I was starving and I kept saying please let me call my husband he will come get me and he will pay for anything I eat. Nobody would listen. Maybe it was my subconsciious telling me to always carry money with me when I go out walking just in case I get lost.
Of course it would not have done me anygood since I could not get them to hear me.

breakfast-cereal
lunch -salad
supper -don't know yet Might eat at dd's house and she has not told me what she is planning to have.
