Good Morning
Jasmine I am glad to hear that you are a little better. Don't push yourself, just do what you have to and then stop. You are right, most mommys are like the energiser rabbit they keep going and going and going.
Also don't forget that you need to replace fluids and vitamins that you lost yesterday.
I just finished my 4 mile walk. I did it this morning to doo wop music from the late 50's and early 60's. It does make that time go by so much faster and it gives my body a good beat to add a few extra movements.
I don't know what I am going to do today. A friend is looking for somewhere to move since her and her husband have separated, so I might go with her. I told her I would buy lunch and I am hoping to get a McD salad. I wonder if they are still giving the pedometers. I would not mind having another one.
menu for today
breakfast-oatmeal and juice
lunch-veggie burger, vegetables
supper-salad
snack-trail mix
exercise- 4 mile walk, I know I am going to do something else I just don't know what maybe do some more mowing to get the leaves up. if not that the a mile on high incline on the treadmill.
Have a good day everyone
I will check in when I get a chance.

good morning! I am feeling much better this morning. I slept most of the night for a change, which helps, I'm sure. I'm having some cheerios for breakfast. I didn't want to have anything too heavy this morning. I poured too much, though. I can't eat the whole bowl. I don't know what lunch will be. Maybe I'll have a McD's salad with you, Audra. I have a thawed roast to cook for dinner tonight. I was going to cook it to shred, but since I have potatoes and carrots, I might just stop by the store for some mushrooms and zucchini to roast along with it instead. I'm going to my cousin's house for a pampered chef party tonight, which means hubby gets to babysit for a change, lol. I don't know what I will do for exercise today. I'm going to see how I feel this afternoon, closer to time to exercise. If I have the energy, I will try one of the longer walks, but if I am still a little worn out, I will just do the one mile walk, that way I will still get some exercise in. Hope that you have a nice day, Audra, whatever you do. It would be nice for you to get out with a friend, I think. I don't know how you can do your walks to different music. I like other music, and even though I could follow along without having the volume up, it seems like it would be hard to do with music that wasn't the same tempo, or didn't have the same beat. I'm impressed! At least that keeps you from getting bored with it. Anyway, I'll be back later. It's time to get to work.

Jasmine you sound like you are almost back to yourself. I am glad you are feeling better.
I did have a Mcd salad for a late lunch. before that I had a cup of coffee and 3 small pieces of cheese.
I have already heard from my dh and for supper we are going to have KFC. It is not good diet food but it is terrific tasting.
I have not done anymore exercising either but with all the walking I have done the pedometer registers 9597 steps. So I suppose that is a good amount for one day.
The way that I do the exercises that she does and listen to different music is, I watch what she is doing and then I do the exercises without trying to do then in time with her. I just keep glancing at her to see when she does something else. You ever heard the saying marching to a different beat? WEll I am exercising to a different beat. It works right now, until I get tired and bored with it then I will have to come up with something else to keep me enthused and motivated.
I had a good time out with my friend but we did not find anything for her to rent. We are going to be talking to other people and looking in the paper and we plan to go out next week and see if we can find something.
I will check in later.
