Good Morning
I woke fairly early this morning and did a few things on my computer and then started on my 4 mile walk. Then I talked to y sister and then I talked to my dd and then I did my 15 minutes on the weight machine. And I am just getting hjere to start our daily thread.
I like the daily thread, I think I have told you before it makes me take resposibility for what I eat. And I have noticed that it makes me have more control over those times when I just want something. The menu is already planned out.
I am planning on mowing a little more today. I am so glad I have a grass catcher on my mower it gives the lawn such a nice manicured look.
menu for the day
breakfast- oatmeal and juice
lunch -cauliflower, brussel sprouts, asparagus, mushrooms, veggie burger
supper-salad
snack- trail mix
I will check in later
Have a good day

It has been a long night. Hubby, baby and I have been up most of the night, sick. I don't know if it was the meatballs, or something in the sauce, but the subs last night made us sick, except for princess, who didn't have a sub. Hubby is sleeping. I had to get up to get princess ready for school. My mom came to take her, since I didn't want to risk driving over myself. I had gone down to the car this morning, and barely got myself back up the steps to the apartment. Princess will be late to school by a couple of hours, but I figure that is better than missing the whole day. Me, I've managed to keep down 6 or 8 saltines, and a cup of warm tea. I need to have some protein, but I'm afraid to eat much of anything just yet. I'm going to take it fairly easy for the time being, so we will just see how the day goes. Anyway, I need to change the baby, then I'm going to curl back up on the couch. Have a good day. I will check in later.

Oh Gosh I hope you and your family start feeling better soon. Maybe it's virus? It doesn't matter if it was the food or a virus, that kinda sick just wipes you out.
Take care and I hope you are feeling better soon.
PS I had my lunch but under the circumstances of you being sick i won't go into that at this time.

nope, just a mild case of food poisoning. I think, aside from being very tired, we are all starting to recover. I didn't even attempt exercise today. I feel like I managed to eat a lot, though in actuality, I guess it really isn't a lot for a whole day. I had some more crackers, about 1/2 cup of jell-o water, 1/2 cup of broth, and the other 1/2 of my turkey sandwich from yesterday, and a pudding cup. I didn't eat it all at once, it was spread out along the day. I managed to keep it all down, though that was mostly because I didn't move around much. I'm starting to feel more settled in my tummy, like I said, I am just very, very tired. Unlike hubby, though, I didn't get to sleep half the day. That wouldn't have bothered me so much if he hadn't been being snide about me dozing on the couch a little while ago. I didn't stay in bed until 1pm... someone had to be up to get princess ready for school, and to keep an eye on baby. That's what happens when you are the mommy, eh? Anyway, hope you are all having a good day. I will be back in the morning, hopefully up to par, raring and ready to go.
