Hi I hope everyone stayed on track better yesterday than I did. But I am not going to beat myself up over it, today is a brand new day. And since I weigh every day I can see that even though I have ate things that were high in calories and not part of my mental image of what I should be eating, I have lost weight. I attribute that to the mowing that I do. That is a high calorie burning exercise.
Breakfast will be a diet shake (Lots of vitamins)
lunch will be some tuna on a lettuce bed and 1 slice toasted lite wheat bread.
Supper will be a lean cuisine with 1/2 cup sweet peas and a small salad.
Snack -5 prunes- I don't care fior them but they have a lot of fiber and they are good for digestion
Exercise will be mowing for 45 minutes. After I rest from that I think I will do some weights for my upper body. My lower body gets plenty with the mowing but I need to do something for upper body.
Anyone have any favorite routines you like to follow as far as exercise is concerened? Do you have a favorite exercise that seems to help that pooch? Tell me about what you do. I am really interested.

This was a very good day I did just what I said I would do except I got a little hungry earlier so I ate 1/2 cup of crackin bran cereal dry with a few raisens. I did my exercises with the weights and across my shoulders i can feel it. I know it had to be using those muscles.
Hope all of you stayed on track and determined as I am.
Monday morn will be one week since I joined the board I will let you know then if I have lost any weight.
