Good morning -today is April fools day. I am not going to play any mean tricks on anyone here,lol.
I think I am going to have some oatmeal for breakfast, a salad for lunch, and a morningstar burger, a baked potatoe, and asparagus for dinner.
I need to start planning a snack because I generally want something to eat around 3 or 3:30, so I think I will see what kind of fruit I have in my pantry (canned) Maybe something packed in its own juices. If I don't have any then I willeat some raisens,
for my exercise I am going to mow some more in my yard. Wehn it is mowing season I don't like to mow all in one day, I like to space it out and do between 45 and an hour a day for several days. That way I am not spending to much time each day in the sun and I am getting some good exercise.
I am going to find a site a used to have in my favorites it tells you how to figure how much calories you are burning per hour for your weight . I will come back late and post it.

I stayed on course until dh got home this afternoon. He said lets go out for some shrimp. I love shrimp. So I went, but I did good with it I only ate half of it and got a take home box for the rest of my shrimp.
So tomorrow I will just have to be extra diligent.
Sometimes I wonder if he is not deliberately trying to sabatoge my efforts.
