It is raining here, I was going to walk today, oh well, I guess I will do arobics, thats a good cardio workout.
I cannot eat early it always makes me nauseated, so my first meal, breakfast is usually around 10 am. And this morning I think I will have a Slim fast shake, they have a lot of vitamins in them. And a slice of wheat toast, no butter.
For dinner, 2 pm, I think a diet meal with 1/2 cup of turnips and 1/2 cup of sweet peas.
For supper, about 6 pm, I will have a salad and a cup of apple juice.
Exercise today will be one video of arobics, I can do them pretty good until it comes to some of the lunges and things that you have to use your knees bending, I was in a terrible accident yrs. ago and damaged the ligaments and tendons in my knees. There are some exercises I can not do, But I do not let it stop me. while they are doing the ones I can't do I just do something else.

I changed two things-instead of apple juice I ate some pineapple and instead of arobics I cut grass for 50 minutes with a push mower.
I stayed within the bounderies that I set for myself. I had fruit and I did exercise.
I did good.
