Good Morning
I feel like I have an entire board to myself, lol. Where is everyone?
Today I plan to eat for breakfast- 1 package instant oatmeal w/ a few extra raisens
for lunch- a health shake w 1 slice of toasted wheat bread
For dinner-low cal chicken pot pie, green beans, and cooked carrots.
I am going to do some floor exercises like leg lifts crunchs that sort, 10 minutes on my exercise bike, and some weight machine exercises.
I will come back tonight and let you know if I have accomplised my daily goal.

tuesday Evenaing
i ate good today stayed on track with what I had planned. Except I got hungry about 3 pm so I ate 1/2 cup cracklin oat bran dry it held me over until 6 which is whenI ate my dinner.
I did my exercises. I was very proud of myself.
I have noticed that I generally get hungry about 3 every evening. I thought maybe it is an old habit left over from when my children would get home from school and we would sit and have an afternoon snack and talk about their day. What do you think oh by the way it has been about 6 yrs since my youngest graduated. Would my subconscious have kept that habit for that many yrs?
