Good morning
I did pretty good yesterday. Until dh said lets go for a ride, sure ok honey. Then dh said lets stop and get a milkshake, ack. Sure honey that sounds good. But I really did do good cause after the milkshake I just ate a small salad for supper.
I have high hopes for this week. I have got my weeks meals semi planned out and a little room to tweak the meals if I decide that I want something different.
I apoligise for mistakes I have made on names and such with this board. I had a small problem understanding that I needed two names for this board and thenI forgot my name it is not Joy Goodmorning it is Joy Goodheart.
But noone was here to ask questions so I fumbled through and i think I have it now.
Can I come here everyday and post how I have done? I think it would give me just a little bit more motivation if I knew I was sharing with others.

Almost 6 pm and I did pretty good All I have had today is 4 cups dcaf coffee w/ sweet and low and two veggie burgers by morning star farms. They are really good and since I don't eat red meat, they are a great substitute for hamburgers. And I was doing so good until dd showed up with a bag of Easter candy but I only ate 3 small pieces. Just a little treat. And for my supper I will eat a small salad or a low cal homw made chicken pot pie.
My first official day was good. I give myself 4 stars.
I hope everyone stayed on track, and if you did not then remember, there is no reason to not keep trying. One day we will all get this right.
