I am new here, but I have been weighing every morning, after the first bathroom break and before I take in any food or water. Then I average at the end of the week. The only time I keep away from the scale is during that TOM. lol

I have yet to purchase a scale for my apartment. I only weigh myself when I go to the gym...and even then, I only use the scale in the locker room (not the one out by all the machines and other people). I don't weigh myself every time I go to the gym. On average, I probably weigh myself 1-3 times per month.

I weigh myself everyday. I don't let it get me down if it shows gain, cause I know that even though menopause has occured, I still retain water at different times of the month. However I do watch it and if it stays for more than 1 week i start doing a little more exercise or reduce food intake a little.
