You have to be really motivated if you want to lose weight. Running or just brisk walking are good cardio exercises to consider. And most importantly is to eat a well balanced diet. You can also undergo sugar free diet. You will just replace your sugar consumption with natural sweeteners. I personally use this weight losing process and it actually works. I lose 15 pounds now. By the way the name of the natural sweetener that I used is Natvia.

I understand the struggle. Food cravings and beating it as been hard. I was introduced to proper nutrition and weekly exercise and I lost 35 pounds and 40 inches. My energy went up and my mild depression went away. New lease on life over here. Thank goodness for getting help and having a healthy support system. Don't give up on hope, help is out there for those who are seeking it. Find ways to fuel your mind, it's not only a physical battle, it takes a mental toll also. Read book and follow others who are achieving success. Let me know if anyone needs suggestions on books, or other alternatives. Thank you for reading my comment.
