Hello fellow bond girls!
Yesterday wasn't too bad for me, but I did find myself very hungry between meals. So, today I am adding an extra cup of veggies at dinner and having the gourmet version of the afternoon snack. My breakfast the past two days consited of egg whites and fruit and then a walk. I did the walk away the pounds tape-1mile. Then the snack is small. Lunch gets a littler bigger, then the snack and then a larger dinner, and a quarter cup of peach at the end of the night!!! Ugh...lots of planning on this program, but if I see results, it will be well worth it! Today's menu is something like this...I just want to get any input if I am doing something wrong.
B-fast 2 hard boiled egg whites 1 cup canteloupe(then workout)
snack 2 oz chicken 1/4 cup peach
lunch 2 oz chicken over 1/2 cup of rice and 1 cup garlic herb green beans
gourmet snack(more like a meal) romaine lettuce with cucumber, a little tomatoe, 1 hard boiled egg white, 1/2cup sliced potato, and 1oz tuna balsalmic vinegar
dinner 2oz chicken 1/2cup mashed potato 2cups mixed veggies(brocolli, cauliflower, a little carrot)
snack 1/2 cup peach
I just want to get this weight off already. I want my life back. I really restrict myself to the things I do because of my weight and it is miserable....for example I will just sit at the table at a wedding reception. And be miserable wishing I looked good in a dress like the other women and I really want to be dancing away without a care in the world, and I don't because of my weight. That is just one thing that I would like to change. How you perceive yourself and let the weight control you really impacts on my life and this is it for me. I am conquering my mission.
I am fighting the enemy right now...chocolate chip cookies I am baking for my daughter and hubby and they smell sooooo good. Anyway, I am sooo glad everyone is doing so good and Tamara thank you so much for starting this forum. It is great!!!!

I am a 50+ grandma married to a younger man. I am determined that I am going to remain young in both spirit and size. I gained up to almost 190 about a year ago and was not at all happy with myself. I am fortunate in the fact that my hubby loves me and never said a word. But, now that I have lost some weight he tells me how much nicer this body is. I am on a mission to thin-dom!!!

Checking in for day 3...the mission for today is going pretty good so far. I forget who wrote that they are a government drone, but I am also in that position....boring, government job....so I couldn't get Halloween night off so I am calling in sick for 3 days...I am also hoping it will give me a chance to master the program a little better. I am doing really good with the water but yesterday I caved and ate chips, hersheys kisses and a chocolate chip cookie...all at 2am...I worked until 3. And now I am getting my period...I feel soooo bloated. I am not stressing it though. I know that when I go back to work on Monday and weigh in I will be much lighter!!!
I am making the Turkey meatloaf from the recipe cards tonight...Chicken, eggs and tuna aren't cutting it anymore....and I will probably have the turkey for a few days and when I make up my next batch of chicken I am going to try an Italian version...remember now I am not that good of a cook!!!!

I think we are all posting our daily check-in's under the Headquarters - Week One 10/27/03. Then if you need to go read theold ones you can click on the pages (1-4) right now that are listed underneath it to read everything from the first day through now. However, I’m not sure if there an easier way, but I usually have to go back to the top and click on the Headquarters topic again to get back so that I can click on the next page.
Tamara might be able to help you navigate it all better.

I put on weight with my first pregnancy that I never lost and with my second some more. I currently live in Europe, but should be moving back to the US in a few months.
