This week I have lost 1 pound. I am pleased with that .

It sounds like such a little bit of weight to lose but I don't think I gained it any faster than 1 pound a week.

loss for the week-1 pound

total loss-22 pounds

Hubby and I were talking about weight loss last night, after I found out that a friend (who uses the S. Beach diet) lost 10 pounds in less than 2 weeks. It may be slow going, the way we are doing things, losing a little at a time over an extended period of time... but all of the research shows that people who lose like we do are more likely to keep it off, and for longer periods of time. People who lose quickly on all of the fad diets are more likely to gain back what they lose, plus some. So, you are right on track! (((hugs)))

I didn't gain, or lose. I stayed the same. And I am not going to complain about that, all things considered! :)

total loss - 30 pounds
